Promotion

  • These T&Cs govern the Promotion. Instructions on how to enter and claim form part of these T&Cs. Participation in this Promotion is deemed upon acceptance of these T&Cs. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Eligible Claimants who:
    • Purchase a Participating Hisense TV from a Participating Retailers between 12:00 AM (AEST), Thursday 15th August 2024 and 11:59 PM (AEST), Wednesday 4th September 2024 (“TV Purchase Period”).
    • Submit an Eligible Claim during the Redemption Period will receive a Gift.

Participating Products expressly excludes “C grade” or “seconds” products, second-hand, refurbished or demonstration products, and any costs, fees, expenses, or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, financing, delivery or any other cost which is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the table above.

Purchase

Means payment in full. This can be by cash, card or any other payment method that the Participating Reseller accepts, where a proof of purchase is provided.

Gift

  1. The redemption gift is a 3-month Optus Sport Coupon valued at $79.97 inc GST.
  2. The gift will be available to customers/claimants who register their participating Hisense product during the redemption period, which commences on the 15th August 2024 at 12:00am AEST and will run until 6th September 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
  3. Customers/claimants will receive a communication from Hisense with their Optus Sport coupon code.
  4. Successful claimants must redeem this gift from Hisense between Thursday 15th August, 2024 to Friday 6th September and activate their voucher via Optus Sport by Wednesday 11th This voucher shall expire on September 11th at 11:59 PM. To avoid forfeiture of the voucher’s value, it must be activated with Optus Sport prior to the expiration date and time.
  5. No part of a redemption is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other gift.
  6. If the redemption is not available for any reason, Hisense reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value if the customer/claimant agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the customer/claimant does not agree despite reasonable attempts by Hisense to reach an agreement and the gift is not available due to circ*mstances beyond Hisense’s control, Hisense may substitute the gift with another item or items determined by Hisense to be of equal or higher value.
  7. The gift is a 3-month Optus Sport Voucher code which funds the first 3 months of an on-going subscription. Upon expiration of the 3-month period, the account holder will be charged on-going for future months as long as the subscription remains active. After this initial 3-month period, Hisense will no longer be liable to fund the Optus Sport coupon.
  8. This voucher code is redeemable for both new and existing Optus Sport subscribers.

Optus Sport Coupon Terms

This Optus Sport $0 for 3 months coupon is redeemable by new or returning Optus Sport customers only who activate this coupon via https://sport.optus.com.au/campaign between 15/08/24 and 11/09/24. Optus Sport account required. Existing subscribers (including Optus Sport via SubHub subscribers), app stores and Optus Sport Prepaid customers are not eligible. The $0 for 3 months coupon provides access to Optus Sport for three months from the date you redeem the coupon. After the $0 3-month period, your access will revert to a free, basic plan. Not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Coupon cannot be reloaded or topped up. Compatible device required. Personal viewing in Australia only. Content and features may change. Streaming quality dependent on your device, service provider and internet connection (including bandwidth). Eligible Claim

  1. To be eligible to claim a Gift (each eligible claim, an “Eligible Claim”), an Eligible Claimant must:
    • Purchase a Participating TV in accordance with the terms and conditions above;
    • agree to these T&Cs;
    • during the Redemption Period, visit the online claim form (“Online Claim Form”), and;
      • input all requested details, including, without limitation, the claimant’s full name, phone number, email address, postcode and state;
      • provide:
        • the model number,
        • a copy of the original tax invoice for, the relevant Participating Product Purchased, and other such details as required by the Promoter;
      • Submit the fully completed Online Claim Form by 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 6th September 2024 (Online Claim Forms will not be accepted after the end of the Redemption Period).
  2. Following the valid submission of the Online Claim Form, the Eligible Claimant will receive an email to the Eligible Claimant’s nominated email address within 14 days from the date their claim is deemed valid by the Promoter. The Promoter will then arrange for the Eligible Claimant to receive the Gift.

General

  1. Hisense reserves the right to amend the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the promotion landing page at Hisense. It is the entrant’s responsibility to regularly check the promotion landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Hisense.
  2. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Hisense’s control, Hisense may cancel or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected redemption attempts, to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Hisense does not accept responsibility for any redemption attempts that are delayed or which are not received for any reason during the promotion period.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, Hisense shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the conduct of the promotion or the redemption or use of the gift (including but not limited to direct loss) including:
    • Technical or telecommunications problems (such as security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches); or
    • Acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of Hisense’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion who are acting outside their authority as agent of Hisense.

  6. Hisense collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom we are running the promotion.
  7. Hisense is not liable for any tax implications arising from gift winnings, including fringe benefits tax. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  8. The laws of Victoria apply to this promotion. All parties submit disputes to the non-exclusive jurisdiction courts of the domicile of Hisense.
