Kerala Kappa Masala Recipe
I love tapioca, I love the flavour and the richness of it. We often just season the tapioca with spices and have it with a chilli chutney. I also add it to samosas and have it. But this one makes it even more tasty and takes it to the next level. The crushed garlic and chillies add a new dimension to this. So try it and let me know how it turns out.
Ingredients for Masala Kappa

Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tblspn
Urad dal / Ulundu - 1 tblspn
